Experiencing Reiki with Me

Reiki is an energy-based healing technique that began in Japan around 1915 and was founded by a Buddhist monk named Mikao Usui. Reiki involves the gentle placement of hands on or above the body to bring healing and deep relaxation.

My Reiki sessions move energy. They balance the body's rhythms and encourage soft tissues to unwind, creating space, better posture and less pain. They are gentle and powerful, relaxing and activating, calming and revitalizing.
My clients have seen many benefits. They report better sleep,
relief from headache, hip and back pain, less anxiety, increased
clarity of thought, and a sense of well being.

As with any healing technique, Reiki is cumulative and
thus incredibly effective for maintaining optimal health and
well-being when experienced regularly.
Remote sessions (Long Distance Reiki) last 30 minutes.
