Reiki is an energy-based healing technique that began in Japan around 1915 and was founded by a Buddhist monk named

Mikao Usui. Reiki involves the gentle placement of hands on

or above the body to move energy and bring deep relaxation.

My Reiki sessions are gentle and powerful, relaxing and activating, calming and revitalizing. My clients have seen many benefits.

During our sessions they have reported better sleep, headache relief, hip and lower back pain relief, less anxiety, increased clarity of thought, and a sense of well being.

As with any healing technique, Reiki is cumulative and thus

incredibly effective for maintaining optimal health and

well-being when experienced regularly.

​

In-person sessions last approximately 60 minutes.

Remote sessions last 30 minutes.
